FAE Offshore Equipment provides hydraulic vibratory hammers for offshore underwater piles installation. The hydraulic vibratory hammers are specially prepared for submerged operations together with other necessary back-up spare parts and tools. It has a group of experienced professionals whom are familiar with offshore underwater piles installations using hydraulic vibratory hammers. In addition, FAE also provides services for refurbishment and overhaul of marine winches, fabrication of specialised steel structures for offshore platform etc.

80meters Underwater Piles Installation In third quarter 2006, FAE had executed one of the deepest offshore submerged anchor piles installion. Our FAV 1412 hydraulic vibratory hammer at a depth of 80m underwater, located 1,000km at sea from the coast of vietnam. The sucessful completion of this very deep underwater anchor piles installion works demonstrated FAE capability and expertise in offshore underwater pile installation works.
60meters Underwater Piles Installation In the third quarter 2009 ,FAE carried out an PLE M Piles Installation off the coast of Northen Malaysia at the depth of 60m underwater. Once again, FAE had demonstrated its expertise in a very deep submerged piles installation. FAE is constantly expanding its capability in the offshore industries and strive to provide the best value to its customers.
50m Underwater Piles Installation In December 2009, FAE executed a jacket leg piles and pin piles installation using Asia largest hydraulic vibratory hammer, FAV 600 Super Kong hydraulic vibratory hammer at a depth of 50m underwater. The FAV 600 Super Kong has enough capacity to install the pin piles and jacket legs to target depth without the need for a hydraulic impact hammer.
